V bakalářské práci se zabýváme ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty s demencí. Bakalářská práce se rozděluje na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisujeme definici demence, etiopatogenezi, rizikové faktory demence, rozdělení příznaků demence, stádia demence, diagnostiku demence, terapii a jednotlivě popisujeme typy demence. Dále se v teoretické části zabýváme zásadami péče o pacienty s demencí, vhodnými způsoby přístupu k pacientům s demencí, zásadami komunikace s pacientem s demencí, popisujeme jak zvládat změny chování u pacientů s demencí a zásady při používání omezovacích prostředků u pacientů ve zdravotnických zařízeních. V teoretické části jsme stanovili pět cílů, které jsme vyhodnocovali pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl určen všeobecným sestrám, pracujících na standardním lůžkovém oddělení. Mezi hlavní problémy vyplývající z dotazníkového šetření patří, nedostatek kvalifikovaného personálu, nedostatek času na pacienty s demencí, fyzická i psychická náročnost v péči o pacienta s demencí, velmi častá agresivita u pacientů s demencí, nedostatečně přizpůsobené oddělení pro pacienty s demencí, velmi časté používání omezovacích prostředků u pacientů s demencí a nedodržování zásad používaní omezovacích prostředků. |

Work with nursing care of patients with dementia. Work is shared into a theoretical part and a practical part. V teoretické části describe the definition of dementia, dementia, etiopatogenezi, risk factors, stage of the dementia symptoms, diagnosis, therapy and individually describe types of dementia. The theoretical principles of dealing with the care of patients with dementia, appropriate arrangements for access to patients with dementia patient communication principles, or describe how to handle changes in behaviour in patients with dementia and in the use of restraints in patients in medical facilities. V teoretické části we set five objectives which we assess by means of questionnaires. The questionnaire was intended for general nurses working on the old hee-hoo department. Among the main problems arising from the questionnaires, lack of qualified staff, lack of time to patients with dementia, physical and psychological performance in the care of a patient with dementia, very common aggression in patients with dementia, is poorly adapted to the patients with dementia, very common use of restraints in patients with dementia and non-compliance with the use of restraints. |
