Bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na komplikace při léčbě diabetu mellitu II. typu. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií slinivky břišní, která je důležitou součástí diabetu mellitu. Dále následuje historie, diagnostika a jednoduchý popis jednotlivých komplikací, které se dělí na akutní, chronické, specifické a nespecifické. Důležitá je i prevence a léčba. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum kvantitativní metodou pomocí vyhotoveného dotazníku, který jsem použila u lucidních klientů na interním lůžkovém oddělení i v diabetologické ambulanci v Brně. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit informovanost diabetiků o problematice diabetu mellitu, komplikacích, léčbě a zdrojích, ze kterých získávají informace, zda jsou tyto informace dostačující, zda dodržují pravidelné kontroly a jestli mají zájem o další informace. |

The Bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the complications in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2. The theoretical part concentrates on the anatomy and physiology of the pancreas, which plays an important part in diabetes mellitus. Next, this part also contains the history, diagnostics and a simple description of the complications that are divided into acute, chronic, specific and non-specific. Prevention and treatment are also important. The practical part contains a research that was conducted using the quantitative method a questionnaire for oriented clients in the internal ward and in the Diabetes Clinic in Brno. The objective of my thesis was to determine the awareness of people with diabetes of the problems related to this disease, complications and treatment. Furthermore, the thesis also aimed to identify the patients' sources of information, the sufficiency of the information, whether the patients come for regular check-ups and whether they are interested in further information. |
