dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením projektu na využití historické vily pro účely cestovního ruchu. K analyzování současné situace a potenciálu mikroregionu byla využita geografická analýza, SWOT analýza a metoda osobního rozhovoru. Na základě výsledků byl vytvořen návrh zahrnující ubytovací a stravovací služby. V závěru projektu byla provedena finanční, časová a riziková analýza, která hodnotí realizovatelnost projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the creation of a project for the use of historical villa for tourism purposes. Geographic analysis, SWOT analysis and the personal interview method were used to analyze the current situation and the potential of the microregion. On the basis of the results, a proposal was created including accommodation and catering services. At the end of the project was done a financial, time and risk analysis which appriese the feasibility of the project.
