dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu využití historické nemovitosti na Vysočině pro oblast cestovního ruchu. Práce je tvořena třemi částmi, a to teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsána východiska pro cestovní ruch a analytické metody. Analytická část obsahuje geograficko-ekonomickou analýzu, hloubkové rozhovory a SWOT analýzu. Ve třetí části diplomové práce je navržen projekt na využití historické nemovitosti v oblasti cestovního ruchu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the project of using the historical real-estate in Bransouze for tourism. The work consists of free parts: theoretical, analytical and project part. The theoretical part describes the important points for tourism and analytical methods. The analytical part includes geo-economic analysis, in-depth interviews and SWOT analy-sis. In the third part of the diploma thesis is proposed a project for the use of historical real-estate in the field of tourism.
