dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je situována do oblasti předvýroby, přesně na lisovně ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem projektu je zefektivnit výroby na lisovně, přičemž struktura projektu bude založena na metodě DMAIC. Ve fázi Define dojde ke stanovení cílů, rozsahu projektu a členů projektového týmu. Následně bude fáze Measure popisovat jednotlivé způsoby sběru dat na lisovně. Fáze Analyse bude obsahovat prvotní analýzu současných prostojů, jež vyústí ve tvorbu zlepšovacích návrhů ohledně sběru dat. Po provedení změn u sběru dat bude následovat druhá analýza založená již na zjištění podílu prostojů v jednotlivých kategoriích, kde budou vybrány dvě kategorie. Bude se jednat o fyzickou přestavba a činnost zaměřená na doseřízení transferu. Poté bude následovat fáze Improve obsahující jednotlivé návrhy na snížení podílu právě zmíněných kategorií. V této fázi bude také zavedení nového informačního systému MES. Poslední částí je Control, jež bude obsahovat data po implementaci změn, které poslouží pro vyhodnocení závěrů této práce včetně nákladového a rizikového zhodnocení projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work is focused on the field of pre-production, exactly at the press shop in the selected company. The main objective of the project is to make more efficient the production of the press shop. The structure of the project will be based on the DMAIC method. At the Define stage will be determined the objectives, scope of the project and members of the project team. Subsequently, the Measure phase will describe individual ways of collecting data on the press shop. The analysis phase will include an initial analysis of current downtimes that results in the creation of improvement suggestions on data collection. After these suggestions will be a second analysis which will be focused on finding the share of downtimes in individual categories where two categories will be selected. This will be a physical changeover and a transfer setting. The Improve phase will then include individual suggestions to reduce the share of just mentioned categories. At this stage, will be introduced also the new MES information system. The last part is Control, which will contain data after the implementation of the changes, which will serve to evaluate the conclusions of this work, including the cost and risk assessment of the project.
