dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá implementáciou novej montážnej linky v spoločnosti Brose Prievidza, spol. s r.o. Teoretická časť je zameraná na definovanie pojmov v oblasti priemy-selného inžinierstva, charakterizovanie procesu montáže a lean procesov, vymedzenie dru-hov plytvania a opísanie nástrojov priemyselného inžinierstva. Praktická časť spočiatku po-zostáva z predstavenia spoločnosti Brose a závodu Brose Prievidza. Následne je charakteri-zovaný proces implementácie a nadväzuje uskutočňovanie zlepšovania procesu produkcie prostredníctvom využitia nástrojov a metód oblasti priemyselného inžinierstva. Práca v závere obsahuje zhrnutie a zhodnotenie celého projektu implementácie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with implementation of a new assembly line in the company Brose Prievidza, spol. s r.o. The theoretical part is focused on defining the terms of the depart-ment of industrial engineering, characterizing the assembly process and lean processes, de-fining the types of waste and describing the tools of industrial engineering. The practical part initially consists of introduction of the company Brose and the plant Brose Prievidza. Subsequently, the process of implementation is characterized, and the improvement of pro-duction process is carried out by using the tools and methods of the department of indus-trial engineering. In the end, the thesis includes a summary and evaluation of the project of implementation.
