dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá personálním řízením ve vybrané firmě. Teoretická část se zabývá základními poznatky z personalistiky, praktická část vyhodnocovala úroveň současného personálního řízení ve vybrané firmě a dále také byla zkoumána spokojenost zaměstnanců vybrané firmy. Na základě výzkumu byla pro firmu stanovena doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení současné situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with personnel management in the selected company. The theo-retical part follows up the basic knowledge of human resources, the approach of its activi-ties and tasks. The last chapter marginally deals with these activities from a small business perspective. In the practical part, based on the determined indicators, the current level of personnel management in the selected company was evaluated and the satisfaction of its employees was examined through qualitative research. Based on this re-search, recommendations were made for the company to help improve the situation
