Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na vytvorenie metodiky auditu logistických procesov v spoločnosti Robert Bosch spol. s.r.o. Cieľom práce je dôkladne zanalyzovať súčasný stav materiálového toku a navrhnúť metodiku pre efektívne hodnotenie týchto procesov vyplývajúce z jednotlivých analýz súčasného stavu. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti sú spracované literárne zdroje, ktoré slúžia ako východiská pre praktickú časť diplomovej práce. Praktická časť diplomovej práce obsahuje analýzu súčasného stavu a jeho zhodnotenie. Na základe získaných informácií z praktickej časti diplomovej práce sú v projektovej časti diplomovej práce navrhnuté a implementované opatrenia. |

This diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a logistics audit methodology in Robert Bosch Ltd. Company. The main goal of the thesis is to deeply analyze the current state of material flow and propose the methodology for the effective evaluation of these processes which resulting from individual analyzes of current state. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are processed literary sources, which serve as the basis for the practical part of the diploma thesis. The practical part of the diploma thesis contains an analysis of the current situation and its evaluation. On the basis of the obtained information from the practical part of the diploma thesis there are designed and implemented measures in the project part of the diploma thesis. |
