dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou asertivního jednání.Jsou zde uvedeny základní pojmy asertivity a její postoje, techniky asertivního chování, její práva a povinnosti. Následující kapitoly obsahují definici komunikace a její využití na pracovišti referenta zaměstnanosti. Praktická část představuje stanovení výzkumných otázek a jejích vyhodnocení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with issues of assertive behavior. In the theoretical part intro-duces the basic concepts of assertiveness and its attitudes, techniques of assertive behavior, its rights and obligations. In other chapters include the definition of communication and its use at the workplace of the Employment Officer. The practical part is the identification of research questions and their evaluation.
