dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu a jeho zvládání s ohledem na copignové strategie u pracovníků Policie ČR. První část teoretické části řeší pojmy stres z pohledu některých autorů, stresory a stresové situace, druhy a příznaky stresu, syndrom vyhoření a v neposlední řadě copingové strategie. Druhá část je zaměřena na Policii ČR a na problematiku pracovního stresu policistů. Praktická část je zaměřená na zjištění copingových strategií pomocí dotazníku SVF 78.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of stress and its coping with regard to coping strategies among the staff of the Police of the Czech Republic. The first part of the theoretical part solves the concepts of stress from the point of view of some authors, stressors and stressful situations, types and symptoms of stress, burnout syndrome and, last but not least, coping strategies. The second part is focused on the Police of the Czech Republic and on the issue of work stress of police officers. The practical part is focused on the identification of coping strategies using the SVF 78 questionnaire.
