Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a řízení podnikatelských rizik v dopravní firmě, vyme-zení problematických oblastí a navrhnutí opatření, která povedou k minimalizaci rizik. Práce také obsahuje celkové zhodnocení veškerých opatření, které byly stanoveny. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou podnikání, rizika, dále také analýzou rizik a jejími metodami a řízením organizace. Na konci teoretické části je kapitola, která je zaměřena na samotnou dopravu. V praktické části je představena dopravní firma a důležité in-formace o ní. Pomocí analýzy SWOT, PEST a PNH metody, jsou rizika ohrožující chod firmy identifikovaná, analyzovaná a zhodnocená. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse and manage the entrepreneurial risks in a transport company. Further, to minimize the risk in analysed enterprise problematic areas will be covered and certain arrangements will be recommended. The thesis also contains an overall assessment of proposed modifications. The theoretical part explains the scope of entrepreneurship, risk, risk management, metho-dology of risk analysis and management. The theoretical part ends with chapter dedicated to a transport enterprise. The practical part includes overview of a particular company and describes it. The threatening risk of the investigated company is identified and quantified using SWOT and PEST analysis and PNH metodology. |
