dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy vztahující se k problematice, legislativu ochrany obyvatelstva a historický vývoj vzdělávání v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Pozornost je věnována také základním prostředkům informování občanů o jejich ochraně a úloze obce při mimořádné a krizové situaci. Tato část práce obsahuje také doporučené aktivity pro občany při mimořádné události. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu webových stránek obcí správního území obce s rozšířenou působností Přerov a návrhy na zlepšení současné situace, které mohou sloužit jako metodika při utváření sekce ochrany obyvatelstva na oficiálních webových stránkách obcí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part contains basic terms relating to the issue, population protection legislation and a brief outline of the history of the protection of the population. Attention is also paid to the basic means of informing citizens about their protection and the role of the municipality in an emergency and crisis situation. This part also contains recommended activities for citizens in an emergency. The practical part contains an analysis of the websites of the municipalities of the administrative area of the Municipality with Extended Powers of Prerov and suggestions for improvement of the current situation, which can serve as a methodology in the formation of the section of protection of the population on the official websites of the municipalities.
