dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma analýza a návrh na zabezpečení společnosti v oblasti BOZP a PO. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce popisuje formou literární rešerše o úloze bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, požární ochrany a o právních předpisech a rizicích. V praktické části se představí firma KOVO ESTA s.r.o. Je u ní analyzován aktuální stav a následně je vypracován návrh na zlepšení BOZP a PO.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with analysis and suggest of security company in the area OSHP and FP. This thesis has two major parts, a theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part deals with literature retrieval with the objective of Occupational Safety and Health Act, fire protection, law and risk. The practical part is focused on the company KOVO-ESTA s.r.o. This part analysis company's current status and then suggestion for improvement in the area OSHP and FP.
