dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci řízení zásob ve vybraném podniku. První část práce ob-sahuje literární rešerše na dané téma z dostupné odborné literatury. Vysvětleny jsou zákla-dy logistiky, skladování a řízení zásob. V praktické části se práce orientuje na vybraný podnik KOVONA SYSTEM a.s., který je hned na začátku představen. Dále je popsán současný stav, a navržena doporučení pro zlepšení řízení zásob v dané společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis is focused on the optimization of the inventory management in the company. The first part of the thesis contains literary research about the topic from the available literature. Basis of logistics, storage and inventory management are explained. In the practical part, thesis is focused on the company KOVONA SYSTEM a.s., which is introduced in the beginning. Then actual status is described and recommendations for im-provements of the invetory management are suggested.
