dc.description.abstract	Téma diplomové práce je "Psychická bezpečnost". Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je pojednáno o pojmech bezpečnost, psychická bezpečnost, psychika, emoce a motivace, osobnost člověka, psychická zátěž, stres, syndrom vyhoření a duševní hygiena. Praktická část je zaměřená na zjištění psychické bezpečnosti a to konkrétně u dvou týmu ve vybrané společnosti. Tyto dvě oddělení jsou navzájem porovnávány a vyhodnocovány. Na základě získaných informací je zpracována SWOT analýza a návrhy a doporučení jak pro vedení společnosti, vedoucí pracovníky tak administrativní pracovníky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of diploma thesis is "Psychological safety". The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part is focus on the explanation of term safety, psychological safety, emotion and motivation, personality of person, psychological stress, burnout and mental hygiene. Practical part is focused on detection of psychological safety of two teams in particular company. These two teams will be compared and evaluated. Based on the results is made SWOT analysis and suggestion and recommendation for management, leaders and administrative staff.
