Krizové řízení je nedílnou součástí řešení situací, které souvisí s bezpečností a má zcela zásadní cíl, a to zvládnutí a předcházení krizových situací ať už ve smyslu přírodních po-hrom, pohrom spojených s technickým rozvojem společnosti nebo se situacemi vojenské-ho charakteru v době mimořádné události ohrožující lidské životy, zdraví nebo majetek. Krizové řízení se tak stává důležitou integrální součástí řízení bezpečnosti. Cílem této prá-ce je analyzovat současný stav v oblasti krizového řízení ve vybrané organizaci, nalezení případných slabých míst a nedostatků, a následné vytvoření návrhu vhodného postupu zlepšení současného stavu. Pro pochopení problematiky krizového řízení tato práce v teoretické části vymezuje zákonný rámec krizového řízení, jeho financování, cíle, orgá-ny, existující krizové stavy a popisuje metody spolu se softwarovými aplikacemi, které slouží k podpoře analýzy rizik pro následné krizové plánování. |

Crisis management is an integral part of problem solution which is related to safety and has its fundamental aim. This aim means to cope with and prevent from crisis situations either in terms of natural disasters or disasters connected with technical development of the socie-ty or with the situations of military features at the time when extraordinary events occur endangering human lives, health or possessions. Crisis management becomes an important integral part of safety control. The aim of this work is to analyze the present state in the area of crisis management in a chosen organization, municipality and finding possible weak points and deficits, which is followed by making a suggestion of suitable present state improvement. As to understand the crisis management this work in its theoretical part limits the legislation frame of crisis management, its financing, aims, authorities and existing crisis states. This legislation frame describes the methods together with software applications which serve as the support of risk analysis for the following crisis planning. |
