Bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním mentoringu jako možného pracovního nástroje. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vzdělávací aktivity a jejich podporu, původ mentoringu, vymezení rolí mentora a mentorovaného, popisuje dle dostupné literatury postupy a zásady funkčního mentoringu. V praktické části byl kvalitativní výzkum zaměřen na konkrétní mentoringový program v domově pro seniory, prostřednictvím rozhovorů s účastníky mentoringového programu hledá jeho vliv na fluktuaci pracovníků. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of mentoring as a possible working tool.
