Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví v pracovním systému ve zvolené organizaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rizikové faktory pracovních systémů, pojednává o pracovních úrazech, a stručně popisuje metody pro stanovení rizik. Úvod praktické části diplomové práce je věnován seznámení se s vybranou společností, dále je zpracována analýza rizik pracovních úrazů a dotazníkové šetření. V závěru práce jsou na základě analýzy a dotazníkového šetření navržena opatření ke snížení nejzávažnějších rizik. |

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of health and safety in the work system in the chosen organization. The theoretical part focuses on risk factors of work systems, deals with occupational injuries, and briefly describes methods for risk assessment. The introduction of the practical part of the diploma thesis is devoted to acquaintance with the selected company, the analysis of the risks of work injuries and the questionnaire survey. At the end of the work, based on the analysis and questionnaire survey, measures are proposed to reduce the most serious risks. |
