dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je seznámení s problematikou znalecké činnosti a metodám vyšetřování na místě činu. Úvodem popíši teorii kriminalistiky a postup ohledání místa činu. Dále se píše, jak se stát znalcem a požadavky na vypracování posudku. Praktická číst se zaměřuje na postup ohledání místa trestného činu. Úkoly SBS pracovníků do příjezdu policie, zajištění stop, vyslechnutí svědka a důkladné ohledání místa činu a ná-sledné vyfocení a zadokumentování kriminalistických stop. Pro úspěšné vyřešení případu byl do případu přibrán znalec.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to apprise you with the issue of expert aktivity and methods of in-vestigation the crime scene. At start I will describe the theory of criminology and the pro-cedure of investigating the crime scene. Next, I will describe how to become an certified expert and requirements for making an expert evidence. Practical part focused on the proces of examining the crime scene. Tasks of SBS staff to arrive police, tracing stops, hearing and witness and thorouhly investigating the crime scene, nad subsequently investigating and documenting the criminals. An certified expert was assigned to the case for the succesful resolution of the case.
