Cílem diplomové práce je analýza stávající právní úpravy činnosti soukromých bezpečnostních služeb v oblasti privátního bezpečnostního průmyslu v návaznosti na právě probíhající legislativní proces, shrnutí politických okolností týkajících se přípravy nového zákona, analýza negativ a pozitiv fungování soukromých bezpečnostních služeb z hlediska společnosti, analýza informovanosti soukromých bezpečnostních služeb o nově připravovaném zákoně. |
