Diplomová práce se zabývá pozitivy a negativy, které pociťují uživatelé chráněného bydlení, po realizaci etapy transformace pobytové sociální služby. Zamýšlíme se nad přínosem změny bydlení osob s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy a nastiňuje problematiku transformace sociálních služeb a chráněného bydlení. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, který je realizován formou rozhovorů s uživateli i pracovníky chráněného bydlení v Sociálních službách Uherské Hradiště, p. o. Získané poznatky jsou následně zpracovány a vyhodnoceny tak, aby mohly být aplikovány v této organizaci. |

The diploma thesis deals with positive and negative impacts felt by users of protected housing after the implementation of the transformation phase of residental social service. Changes in the accommodation of people with mental disabilities are considered. The theoretical part explains basic concepts and raises questions about the transition of social services and protected housing. The practical part focuses on qualitative research which is realized in the form of interviews with users and workers of the protected housing in Social Services in Uherské Hradiště, allowance organization. The results of the research were processed and evaluated to be applied by Social Services Uherske Hradiste. |
