dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce bylo zlepšení procesu řízení zákaznické objednávky ve společnosti Austin Detonator s.r.o. Podstatou řešení bylo analyzování současného stavu procesu pomocí pro-cesní analýzy, časové analýzy PERT, analýzy rizik a analýzy nákladů. Získaná data ze jmenovaných analýz byla sumarizována do SWOT analýzy. V práci byla navržena řešení nedostatků procesu a možnosti jeho zlepšení v podobě konkrétních možností v rámci jednotlivých činností. Přínosem této práce je zmapování zkoumaného procesu, zpřehlednění jeho činností, funkcí a návazností a v případě implementace změn zkrácení časové i ná-kladové náročnosti procesu a jeho celkové procesní zjednodušení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work was to improve the customer order management process at Austin Detonator s.r.o. The essence of the solution was to analyze the current state of the process by means of process analysis, PERT time analysis, risk analysis and cost analysis. The data obtained from the above analyzes was summarized with SWOT analysis. The work has been designed to solve the shortcomings of the process and the possibilities of its im-provement in the form of concrete possibilities within individual activities. The contribution of this work is the mapping of the process under review, the clarification of its activities, functions and continuity, and in the case of implementation of changes the shortening of the time and cost demanding process and its overall process simplification.
