Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou hodnocení investice do vybraných hotelových soft-warů v rámci vybraného hotelu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teo-retické části jsou popsány kategorie ubytovacích zařízení, jednotlivé úseky hotelu a procesy managementu v hotelovém zařízení, investice, ukazatele finanční analýzy a vybrané hotelové softwary. V praktické části je představena společnost Hotel Morava, s.r.o.,, kde na základě analýzy současného ubytovacího procesu a rozhovoru s manažerem hotelu vznikla potřeba pořízení nového hotelového softwaru. Na základě toho byla provedena analýza hodnocení investice do vybraných hotelových softwarů. V závěru práce proběhlo vyhodnocení jednotlivých investičních variant, na základě kterých bylo managementu ho-telu doporučeno investovat do vybraného hotelového softwaru. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the evaluation of the investment in selected hotel software in the selected hotel. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are described the categories of accommodation facilities, indi-vidual hotel sections and management processes in hotel facilities, investments, financial analysis indicators and selected hotel software. The practical part introduces Hotel Morava, s.r.o., where, based on the analysis of the current accommodation process and the interview with the hotel manager, the need for new hotel software was acquired. Based on this, an analysis of the investment evaluation of selected hotel software was performed. At the end of the work the evaluation of the individual investment options was carried out, on the basis of which the management of the hotel was recommended to invest in selected hotel software. |
