dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza postupu financování krizových situací a škod u postižené obce. Jako příklad uvádí povodně, které ve Zlínském kraji nastaly v roce 2010. Poté rozebírá postupy financování krizových situací a škod dvou vybraných obcí Kunovice a Břestek. Nahlíží na jednotlivé kroky tohoto procesu, příslušnou legislativou a v závěru nabízí možné kroky ke zlepšení tohoto systému.
