dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem "Analýza bezpečnosti diváků na fotbalových stadionech při násilném chování části fanoušků" se zabývá riziky a nebezpečím, které jsou úzce spjaty s fotbalovým chuligánstvím, a vzniká při fotbalových utkáních. Teoretická část obsahuje vývoj násilností na fotbalových stadionech od samotného vzniku až po současnost, právní legislativu a zákonné normy, které upravují tuhle oblast, vysvětlení základních pojmů, které jsou důležité pro pochopení tématiky a v neposlední řadě opatření, které se snaží zabránit a předcházet násilnému chováním fanoušků. Tato práce si za cíl klade zjistit, zda je opravdu násilné chování fotbalových fanoušků nebezpečné a do jaké míry. V rámci práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, díky kterému lze posoudit a zhodnotit, jak vnímají nebezpečí diváci, kteří pravidelně navštěvují fotbalová utkání. Forma nestandardizovaných rozhovorů je další metodou, která v dokáže přiblížit bezpečnost diváků, z pohledu samotných fanoušků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis titled "Analysis of the safety of spectators at football stadiums in the violent behavior of part of the fans" deals with the risks and dangers that are closely linked to football hooliganism and arises during football matches. The theoretical part includes the development of the atrocities in the football stadiums up to the very beginning up to the present, the legal legislation and the legal norms that regulate this area, the explanation of the basic concepts that are important for the understanding of the topic and, last but not least,the measures that try to prevent and prevent the nasty behavior fans. This work aims to determine if the football fans' behavior is dangerous and to what extent. In the course of the work, a questionnaire survey is conducted to assess and assess the perception of dangers by spectators who regularly attend football matches. The form of non-standardized interviews is another method that can bring the viewer's safety closer, from the point of view of the fans themselves.
