dc.description.abstract	Disertační práce je zaměřena na strukturální fondy Evropské unie, které slouží jako nástroj regionální politiky v souvislosti s podporou českých podniků v období vstupu naší země do Evropské unie. Práce analyzuje způsoby a možnosti využití strukturálních fondů v českých podnicích a zobecňuje získaná fakta a zkušenosti. Je zde popsána i navržena metodika čerpání finančních prostředků pro české podniky. Zabývá se i vhodným použitím těchto způsobů v praxi. Autor se snaží v práci zhodnotit stávající stav České republiky ve využívání finanční pomoci ze strukturálních fondů EU, kterou je nutné chápat v kontextu celkové problematiky veřejného financování. V práci je uveden i způsob řízení projektového cyklu jako jeden ze základních manažerských prostředků využívaných strukturálními fondy. V závěru této práce se autor zmiňuje o aktuálním programovém období 2007 - 2013 a o změnách v tomto novém programovém období.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The doctoral thesis is focused on structural funds of the European Union, which serve as the regional policy tool in the context of support of the Czech companies in the period of the EU entry. This work analyses ways and possibilities of structural funds use in the Czech companies, it draws a general conclusion from the acquired facts and experience. The work results in creation of certain methodology of financial means use for our companies. It deals with the suitable use of these ways and methods in the practice. The author tries to evaluate present situation of the Czech Republic in financial use of the aid from structural funds, which must be understood in the whole public finance context. In the work, even the Project cycle management as one of the core managerial techniques using structural funds is described here. In the end of this work the author speaks about the actual programming period 2007 - 2013 as well as the changes and steps in this new period.	en
