dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se bude věnovat vysvětlení celého konceptu festivalu Serial Killer. Bakalářská práce má podobu případové studie jejíž cílem je dojít k závěru, jaké postavení v rámci volby dramaturgické struktury a organizace Serial Killer má na poli festivalů obecně. Včetně představení pilotního ročníku a plánu do ročníků budoucích. Hypotéze této bakalář-ské práce pomůže i komparace s jinými festivaly, které zahrnují televizní a online tvorbu. Práce je psána na základě vlastních zkušeností, které jsem jako členka týmu festivalu Serial Killer (sekce guest service) zažila, interních zdrojů (závěrečná zpráva festivalu a informace z praxe jednotlivých členů štábu), rozhovorů a výpovědí konkrétních lidí, kteří mají dlouhodo-bé zkušenosti v této kulturní oblasti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis will offer a presentation of organisational concept of Serial Killer festival. Goal of this thesis is an explanatory study concerning this festival with aim to conclude in which position does the festival find itself amongst other local festivals - especially with regards to the dramaturgical structure. My analysis is based on my personal experiences as a member of the festival core team (guest service division). Fundamental substances of my research are internal sources and materials, as well as multiple interviews and testimonials of specific senior professionals with long-time experience regarding film festival industry.
