dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je péče o seniory se syndromem diabetické nohy v ambulanci pro léčbu nehojících se ran. V teoretické části je popsáno onemocnění diabetes mellitus a jeho chronická komplikace syndrom diabetické nohy a současně péče o seniory se syndromem diabetické nohy v ambulanci nehojících se ran. Praktická část analyzuje informace získané pomocí rozhovorů s pacienty se syndromem diabetické nohy navštěvující ambulanci pro léčbu nehojících se ran a zjišťuje, jaké jsou limity v péči o rány v domácím prostředí. Praktickým výstupem je vytvoření edukačního materiálu pro seniory obsahující doporučení týkající se převazu a péče o ránu v domácím prostředí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of the bachelor thesis is the care of seniors with the diabetic foot syndrome in a surgery for the treatment of non-healing wounds. The theoretical part describes diabetes mellitus, diabetic foot syndrome and the care of seniors with the diabetic foot syndrome in the surgery for the treatment of non-healing wounds. The practical part analyses information of interviewed patients with the diabetic foot syndrome visiting the surgery for the treatment of non-healing wounds and examines the limits of wound care at home environment. The practical output is the creation of an information booklet for seniors containig recommendations relating to the changing of the wound dressing and the care of the wound in the home environment.
