dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Alzheimerovu chorobu. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. První část teoretické práce informuje o samotné Alzheimerově chorobě a možnostech léčby. Další část se zabývá kvalitou života, a jak se s progredující nemocí intenzivně mění. Zde je upozorněno na možný výskyt poruch chování a možnosti jejich zvládání. V poslední části teoretické práce jsou vymezena důležitá specifika v péči o klienty ve všech hlavních oblastech. Praktická část obsahuje informace, získané technikou rozhovoru. Výsledky jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaká jsou specifika ošetřovatelské péče o klienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou, jakou roli v péči o nemocného hraje multidisciplinární tým a jeho rodina. Rozhovory probíhaly ve specializovaném zařízení pro osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou, ve Zlíně. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v diskuzi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on Alzheimer's disease. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part of a thesis inform about Alzheimer's disease and possible ways of treatment. The next part deals with the quality of life and how it changes with the course of the disease. There is a warning about possible behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia and possibilites of handling it. Important specifics of client care in all major areas are defined here. Practical part includes informations gained by interview. The results are processed and evaluated. The main aim was to find out what are specifics of care for clients with Alzheimer's disease and what role has multidisciplinary team and family. Interviews took place in specialized facilities for people with Alzheimer's disease, in Zlín. Results are summarized in discussion.
