dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na bariéry ve vzdělání žen, žijících v okrajové oblasti České republiky, v oblasti Moravských Kopanic a cílem práce je analyzovat bariéry, které mohou ženám v dané oblasti bránit ve vzdělávání. Dále se práce zaměřuje na faktory ovlivňující tyto bariéry. V teoretické části jsou podrobněji vysvětleny pojmy, které se k tématu vztahují. Praktická část se zabývá podrobnějšímu výzkumu bariér. Výzkum je veden kvalitativní formou pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Bariéry, které z rozhovorů vyplynou, jsou rozčleněny a kódovány podle otevřeného kódování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis aims to map the barriers in the education of women living in the peripheral region of the Czech Republic in the area of Moravské Kopanice and the aim of the thesis is to analyze the barriers that can prevent women in the given area from learning. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on factors influencing these barriers. In the theory part of this essay, you can find closely explained terms, connected to this problem. The practical part deals with more detailed research of barriers. The research data is collected through conversations. Barriers found through these conversations are then separated and coded.
