dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce má za cíl vytvoření nového kalkulačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši vztahující se na problematiku nákladů a jejich klasifikaci. Dále se zaměřuje na kalkulace spolu s procesním řízením podniku. V praktické části byla provedena finanční, taktéž nákladová analýza. Následně byla realizována procesní analýza, kde došlo k identifikaci jednotlivých aktivit a sestavení jejich procesních schémat. Na základě zhodnocených výsledků analýz byl sestaven nový kalkulační systém na principu kalkulace podle aktivit. Následně byly porovnány a zhodnoceny výsledky současné i nově navržené kalkulační metody spolu s posouzením přínosů, ale i rizik nové metody a doporučení implementace nové systému kalkulace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of this diploma thesis is creating a new calculating system of the selected company. The theory was researched in literature on costs and their classifications. Other topics of theory are calculation systems together with process management. In the beginning of the practical part the financial and cost analyses were made. Further, the process analysis was done and new process maps were created. On the basis of evaluation of these analysis results the new calculating system was constructed on the basis of activity costing. Further, the results of the new and old calculating methods were evaluated and compared. Finally the assessment of benefits and risks of implementation of the new calculation system were done together with providing the recommendation to implement the new method.
