Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou problematikou struktury vzdělávání a systému vzdělávání v dané společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je provést analýzu procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců, zároveň zhodnotit dosavadní procesy a předložit návrh zlepšení způsobu současné situace. Diplomová práce se skládá ze třech samostatných částí, teoretické, praktické a projektové části. V první, teoretické části, budou vymezeny základní pojmy vzdělávání, jeho podstata a rozvoj. Tato část se rovněž zabývá definicí lidských zdrojů. Základem praktické části bude představení společnosti s popisem jejich hlavních činností a analýzou současného stavu fungování vzdělávacího procesu. Třetí - projektová část je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření, jakožto zvolenou metodu výzkumu, jeho zanalyzování, vyhodnocení s návrhem řešení systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců. |

The diploma thesis deals with the current problems of the structure of education and the system of education in the given society. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the pro-cess of education and development of employees, at the same time evaluate existing pro-cesses and submit a proposal for improving the current situation. The thesis consists of three separate parts, theoretical, practical and project part. In the first, theoretical part, the basic concepts of education, its essence and development will be de-fined. This section also deals with the definition of human resources. The basis of the practical part will be the introduction of the company with a description of their main acti-vities and analysis of the current state of functioning of the educational process.
