dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat náklady a jejich řízení ve společnosti Senior Flexonics Czech s.r.o., a to v tříletém období mezi lety 2015-2017, se záměrem návrhu doporučení pro firmu pro budoucí období. Podstatou řešení dané problematiky byla analýza dat poskytnutých z interních zdrojů firmy, jejich zpracování a využití pro okomentování současného stavu řízení nákladů, sestavení nákladových funkcí, bodů zvratu pro sledované období a predikce do budoucna. V práci byl navržen systém rozdělení nákladů na fixní a variabilní a využit pro zjištění nákladových funkcí za pomoci několika metod. I na základě těchto výpočtů byly sestaveny body zvratu, které firmě pomohou zjistit, od jaké úrovně produkce je schopna generovat zisk. Zjištěné skutečnosti je možné využít při dalším řízení nákladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse costs and cost management in Senior Flexonics Czech s.r.o. company in a three-year period of 2015 to 2017, with a purpose of a recommendation to the company for future. A substance of a solution of a current issue was the analysis of data provided from internal sources of the company and to process them. All of that was used for a comment of a current state of cost management, establishment of cost functions, break-even points for a tracked period and to give a prediction for future. In this thesis there was projected a system of fixed and variable costs allocation and used for establishing cost functions with the aid of several methods. Even on these grounds there were found break-even points which will help the company to find the beginning of the profitable production level. The previous facts can be used for a cost management purposes in the future.
