dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů a jejich řízení ve vybrané společnosti. Jejím hlavním cílem je provést analýzu nákladů podle několika hledisek. Nejdříve z hlediska druhů nákladů a poté dle závislosti na objemu produkce. Dalším dílčím cílem je sestavení nákladové funkce a určení bodu zvratu. V rámci řešení této problematiky byla zpracována interní data vybraného podniku. Přínosem této práce je tedy návrh rozdělení nákladů podniku na fixní a variabilní část, od kterého se odvíjí sestavení nákladových funkcí, určení bodu zvratu a následné zhodnocení výsledků zjištěných na základě informací z provedených analýz a dále také návrhy na řešení, která povedou k lepšímu a efektivnějšímu řízení nákladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the cost analysis and cost management in the selected company. The aim of the work is to analyse the costs based on several aspects. First in terms of cost types and then depending on the volume of production. Another partial goal is to draw up a cost function and determine the break-even point. The internal data of the selected company were processed as part of this solution. The benefit of this thesis is the proposal of division of costs of the company into a fixed and variable part, which is based on cost function, determination of the break-even point and subsequent evaluation of the results based on the information from the analysis. In addition, there are proposals of solutions that will lead to a better and more efficient cost management.
