dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracovat nákladovou analýzu vybrané společnosti, popsat současný výskyt nástrojů pro řízení nákladů a navrhnout opatření pro optimalizaci řízení. V teoretické části je obsažen průzkum literárních zdrojů zabývající se náklady a jejich rozdělením. V praktické části je charakteristika vybrané společnosti, výskyt nástrojů pro řízení náklady a analýza nákladů. Na základě zpracované analýzy jsem dospěl k závěru, že firmě by pomohly následující opatření: zavedení kapacitního členění nákladů, nákladová funkce a analýza bodu zvratu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of my bachelor thesis is to elaborate the cost analysis of selected company, describe the current occurrence of tools for cost management and propose measures for the optimization of management. The theoretical part contains a survey of literary sources dealing with costs and their distribution. In the practical part there is characteristic of chosen company, occurrence of tools for cost management and cost analysis. On the basis of the processed analysis I concluded that the firm would help the following measures: the introduction of capacity allocation of costs, cost function and break-even analysis.
