dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit informovanost těhotných žen o odběru pupečníkové krve. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána nejen anatomie a fyziologie placenty a pupečníku, ale i charakteristika a využití zárodečných buněk, problematika odběru pupečníkové krve v praxi, využití pupečníkové krve v léčbě, etické a právní aspekty daného problému. V praktické části zkoumám podle daných hypotéz míru informovanosti, využití pupečníkové krve v praxi. Výsledky této práce by měly posloužit ke zlepšení informovanosti těhotných žen o odběru pupečníkové krve.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to examine pregnant women's awareness of navelwort blood taking. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Not only is the anatomy and physiology of the navelwort and the placenta described in the theoretical part, but there are also mentioned characteristics and use of embryonic cells, navelwort blood taking problem in practice, the use of navelwort blood in the medical treatment, and ethic and legal aspects of given problems. The practical part is focused on rate of awareness of navelwort blood use in practice according to the given hypothesis. The results of this thesis should serve to improvement of pregnant women about navelwort blood.	en
