Cílem diplomové práce je návrh projektu na vybudování chráněného bydlení ve spolupráci s Psychiatrickou nemocnicí v Kroměříži. Práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem probíhající reformy psychiatrické péče v ČR, která má za cíl zlepšit kvalitu života duševně nemocných. Teoretická část seznamuje s charakteristikou sociálních služeb lidí s mentálním postižením a jejich následným rozdělením. Dále je charakterizováno chráněné bydlení. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je popsána PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. V praktické části je stručná charakteristika Psychiatrické nemocnice v Kroměříži, její poslání a cíle. Dále je zpracována analýza v oblasti chráněného bydlení ve Zlínském kraji a analýza nákladů na dlouhodobou péči o duševně nemocné. K analýze makroprostředí byla provedena PEST analýzu a mikroprostředí Porterův model pěti sil. Na základě zjištěných analýz a odborných poznatků byl zpracován projekt na vybudování chráněného bydlení. Zpracovaný projekt je při dotační podpoře Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí ČR a Zlínského kraje, v rámci schváleného Akčního plánu, projektem finančně udržitelným, rovněž je kladně hodnocen jeho přínos pro sociální oblast v dané lokalitě, když poskytne ubytování pro 8 psychiatricky léčených osob, bez nutnosti jejich hospitalizace v zařízení ústavního typu. |

The aim of this thesis is to design a project for building sheltered housing in cooperation with the Psychiatric Hospital in Kroměříž. The thesis deals with the current topic of the ongoing reform of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic, which aims to improve the qua-lity of life of the mentally ill. The theoretical part introduces the characteristics of social services of people with intellectual disabilities and their subsequent division. Furthermore, protected housing is characterized. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model. In the practical part there is a brief description of Psychiatric Hospital in Kroměříž, its mission and goals. Furthermore, the analysis of pro-tected housing in the Zlín Region and the analysis of the cost of long-term care for the mentally ill are elaborated. PEST analysis and Porter's five forces microenvironment were performed to analyze the macroenvironment. Based on the analyzes and expert findings, a project for building sheltered housing was prepared. The project is subsidized by the Mi-nistry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Zlín Region, as part of the approved Action Plan, by a financially sustainable project, and its contribution to the social area in the locality is also evaluated, providing accommodation for 8 psychiatric patients without the need for their hospitalization in a constitutional type. |
