dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat projekt, který povede ke zlepšení interní komunikace ve vybrané organizaci. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, část teoretickou a část praktickou, jejíž součástí je projektové řešení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní poznatky z problematiky komunikace. V praktické části je podrobně popsána vybraná organizace a provedena SWOT analýza ke zjištění současného stavu interní komunikace. Součástí je kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden na základě dotazníkového šetření a kvalitativní výzkum na základě individuálních rozhovorů. V závěru praktické části je vypracován pro-jekt na zlepšení interní komunikace, který je podroben nákladové analýze a analýze přínosů a rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this Master´s thesis is to prepare a project that will lead to improvement of in-ternal communication in the selected organization. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part, which includes the project solution. The theoretical part focuses on the knowledge of the communication. The practical part of the thesis is described in detail the selected organization and processed SWOT analysis to find the cur-rent situation of the communication. Part of the practical part is quantitative research, which was conducted by means of questionnaire survey and qualitative research based on individual interviews. In the final part of the practical thesis is defined a project for im-provement of the internal communication, which is subject of cost, risk and benefit analysis.
