dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou inovačných metód použitých vo vybranej spoločnosti. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti, a to na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti je spracovaná dostupná literatúra formou literárnej rešerše, ktorá sa týka definovania inovácií a inovačných metód. Taktiež sa v tejto časti rozoberajú aj riziká, ktoré sa môžu naskytnúť pri inovovaní. V úvodu praktickej časti sa nachádza stručný popis spoločnosti, po ktorom nasleduje charakteristika inovácií v podniku a analýza využitých inovačných metód. Po tomto nasleduje analýza rizík, naskytajúcich sa pri inovovaní so záverečným zhodnotením inovačných procesov v podniku a odporučeniami.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of innovation methods used in a selected com-pany. The thesis is divided into two parts which are theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part examines the available literature in form of literal recherché, related to the definition of innovations and innovation methods. In this part, there are also analysed some risks related to innovations. At the beginning of the practical part of the thesis, there is a brief description of selected company, after which follows characteristics of innovations in the company and analysis of used innovation methods. After this, there follows analysis of risks, which may appear dur-ing innovation process with final evaluation of innovation processes in the company with recommendations.
