dc.description.abstract Hlavnim cilem diplomove prace je navrhnout upravy indexu bidy a vyhodnotit jeho hodnotu v Rusku v obdobi 2010-2019. Prace se sklada ze dvou casti: teoreticke a prakticke. V teoreticke casti je proveden kriticky literarni prehled ukazatelu ekonomicke stability, jako je inflace, HDP a GRP, mira nezamestnanosti, a pristupy k odhadu techto ukazatelu v Rusku. Zatimco prakticka cast diplomove prace si klade za cil analyzovat tyto ukazatele v Rusku na narodni a okresni urovni, vypocitat standardni index bidy, navrhnout upravy a vyhodnotit hodnotu upraveneho indexu bidy. Pote autor vypocita upraveny index bidy pro dane obdobi, aby videl tendence a odhadl rozdil mezi okresy. Pote, co bude provedena analyza a odhad, autor prace uvede nektera doporuceni. Vysledkem prace jsou odhadovane upravene indexy bidy na narodni a okresni urovni, ktere lze pouzit k pochopeni realneho obrazu a vytvoreni strategii pro zlepseni situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated The main aim of the thesis is to propose adjustments to the misery index and evaluate its value in Russia during the period from 2010 till 2019. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, critical literature review of the indicators of economic stability such as inflation, GDP and GRP, unemployment rate, as well as approaches of estimation of these indicators in Russia is performed. While practical part of the thesis aims to analyze these indicators in Russia on national and district level, calculate the standard misery index, propose adjustments, and evaluate the value of the adjusted misery index. After that, the author calculates the adjusted misery index for the period to see the tendencies and estimate the gap between districts. After the analysis and estimation will be performed, the author of the thesis gives some recommendations. The result of the thesis is estimated adjusted misery indexes on the national and the district level which can be used for understanding the real picture and creating strategies to improve the situation.
