dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je popsat možnost financování investičního záměru uvažovaném stavební společností. První část je zaměřena na popis teoretických východisek a vysvětlení pojmů. Ve druhé části je charakterizován investiční záměr a je podrobně analyzována finanční struktura společnosti a její inovační potenciál. V poslední části jsou popsány možnosti financování tohoto investičního záměru a závěrem je doporučení pro optimální volbu financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the diploma thesis is to describe the possibility of financing an investment plan considered by a construction company. The first part is focused on the description of theoretical background and explanation of concepts. The second part characterizes the investment plan and analyzes in detail the financial structure of the company and its innovation potential. The last part describes the possibilities of financing this investment plan and concludes with recommendations for the optimal choice of financing.
