Efektivnost práce učitele závisí na kvalitě jeho pedagogických dovedností. Řada z nich má povahu myšlenkových činností učitele, které uplatňuje při přípravě na výuku. Většina pe-dagogických dovedností má povahu sociálně komunikativních činností, které vyžadují spe-cifické rozhodovací dovednosti učitele, i jeho pedagogické zkušenosti. Velmi důležitým prvkem je obsah mysli, vnitřní svět, který představuje bohatství osobnosti, které může uči-tel předat jinému člověku. Ve své práci porovnávám, jak jsou teoretické požadavky na profesi učitele naplňovány v praxi. Metodou dotazníku zjišťuji, jak si svého ideálního učitele představují studenti, jestli se takové osobnosti vyskytují na jejich škole a kterou z klíčových kompetencí učitele považují za prioritní. Svůj výzkum porovnávám s teoretickými znalostmi, které jsem bě-hem studia načerpala. |

Effectiveness of teacher's work depends on the quality of his/her pedagogical profici-ency. Many of teacher's skills belong to intellectual pedagogical activities which each tea-cher exercises during his/her teaching preparation. Most of pedagogical skills constitute social communicative activities which require specific decision skills of each teacher and his/her pedagogical knowledge. One of the most important elements is teacher's intellect, his/her internal world and personal qualities which can be transferred to other people by the teacher. In my work I compare how the theoretical requirements for teacher's profession are exer-cised in practice. By way of a questionnaire I try to find out how the students imagine their perfect teacher, if there are such teachers at their school and which of the key professional competence is the most important for them. I compare my research with theoretical knowledge which I have gained during my studies. |
