Diplomová práca je zameraná na zefektívnenie daného výrobného procesu v spoločnosti SLOVARM, a.s. Cieľom práce je odstrániť plýtvanie vo výrobnom procese a tým získať kontinuálnejší proces so zameraním na zvýšenie výrobnej kapacity. Náplňou teoretickej časti je literárna rešerš z oblasti priemyselného inžinierstva a metód projektového riadenia, ktoré priamo súvisia s obsahom práce. Analýza súčasného stavu obsahuje pozorovanie, meranie, rozhovory, ktorých výsledkom je vyhodnotenie úzkých miest výrobného procesu. Výsledkom projektovej časti sú návrhy opatrení, ktoré výrazne zamedzia plýtvaniu a tým dokážu urobit kontinuálnejší výrobný proces. Tieto riešenia takisto prinesú priestor pre požadované navýšenie výrobných množstiev. |

The Master's Thesis is focused to make the specific manufacturing process in the company SLOVARM Inc. more efficient. The aim of the Thesis is to remove waste in manufacturing proces and design a more fluent process, with the focus on increasing of the manufacturing capacity. The content of the theoretical part is a literature retrieval from the fields of industrial engineering and the methods of project management, which are in direct relation with the content of the Thesis. The analysis of the actual state includes observations, measurements, interviews, from which the result is the evaluation of the bottlenecks in the manufacturing process. The results of practical part of the Thesis are arrangement proposals, which will significantly prevent the waste and thus make the manufacturing process more fluent. These arrangements will also create a space for increasing of the manufacturing capacities. |
