Tato práce se zabývá zřízením radioterapeutického centra v Beskydech. Cílem práce je definovat kroky, které je třeba vykonat k vybudování tohoto konkrétního zařízení, jeho úspěšnému uvedení do provozu a k jeho ekonomické rentabilitě. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oblast managementu, podnikání, marketingu a podnikatelského plánu a na jejich následnou aplikaci v oblasti zdravotnictví. V praktické analytické části jsou popsány a provedeny jednotlivé analýzy a poznatky z nich jsou využity pro část projektovou. Projektová část se zabývá samotným projektem založení radioterapeutického centra a zhodnocením celého projektu z více hledisek. |

This work deals with the establishment of radiotherapy center in Beskydy. The aim of this work is to clarify and identify all the basic activities that need to be done to establish this particular healthcare institute and to operate it successfully. The theoretical part focuses on management, business, marketing and business plan and their subsequent application in the field of health care. In the practical analytical part, there are described and performed individual analyzes and the findings from them are used for the project part. The project part deals with the project of radiotherapy center establishment and evaluation of the whole project from several points of view. |
