Rigorózní práce "Využití reminiscenční terapie u seniorů se zvýšenou mírou závislosti na péči - Technika smyslové reminiscence" pojednává o možnostech a využití reminiscenční terapie při péči o seniory v pobytovém zařízení. V teoretické části je vymezení základních pojmů, jako jsou senior, stárnutí, stáří, závislost na péči a reminiscenční terapie, u které uvádíme i různé metody a způsoby její realizace. Empirická část obsahuje případové studie jednotlivých seniorů, popis a průběh realizované reminiscenční terapie včetně jejího dopadu na péči o klienta a vyhodnocení dotazníků zaměstnanců, kteří srovnávali vybrané oblasti spokojenosti seniora v období před aplikacemi reminiscenční terapie a v průběhu její aplikace. Cílem práce je nalézt odpověď na otázku, které oblasti potřeb mohou být reminisceční terapií ovlivněny. |

The thesis named "Reminiscence therapy for seniors with increased dependency on care -Sensory reminiscence technique" discusses the possibilities and the use of reminiscence therapy in care of seniors in a residential facility. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts, such as senior, aging, age, dependency on care and reminiscence therapy where are mentioned the various methods of its implementation. The empirical part contains case studies of individual seniors, the description and process of implemented reminiscence therapy including its impact on clients care and overall evaluation of their satisfaction based on interviews with staff. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question whether the reminiscence therapy influences the overall client's satisfaction. This answer should help to extend the effect of reminiscence therapy on the quality of senior´s lives. |
