Diplomová práce řeší problematiku výpadku elektrické energie ve Fakultní nemocnici Hradec Králové. Vychází z platné legislativy, dotýká se oblasti krizového řízení, činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému a kritickou infrastrukturou. Popisuje kompo-nenty kritické infrastruktury důležité pro chod Fakultní nemocnice Hradec Králové, při řešení výpadku elektrické energie. Prověření připravenosti Fakultní nemocnice Hradec Králové probíhalo ve třech časových úrovních v délce trvání 24, 48 a 72 hodin. K analýze stavu a tvorbě mapy rizik vzniklých při výpadku byla použita metoda PNH a skórovací metoda. Výsledkem práce je návrh na odstranění zjištěných nedostatků ve Fakultní nemocnici Hradec Králové v případě blackoutu. |

The diploma thesis is focused on power outage issues at the University Hospital in Hradec Králové. It is based on valid legislation and it includes the areas of crisis management, the activities of the component parts of integrated rescue system and critical infrastructure. This diploma thesis describes the components of critical infrastructure which are important for the running of the University Hospital Hradec Králové during power outages. The blackout solution and preparedness testing plan took place in three levels, which lasted 24, 48 and 72 hours. The PNH method and the scoring method were used in this test to create the condition analysis and a risk map arising from the power outage. The result of the work is a proposal to eliminate possible deficiencies in the University Hospital Hradec Králové in the blackout. |
