dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá migrací a jejími možnými dopady na státy a obyvatelstvo. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše literatury, vysvětlení základních pojmů a nástin historických migračních vln. V praktické části jsou rozepsány možná rizika migrační vlny, provedeny analýzy a statistika migrační vlny, která vyvrcholila v roce 2015. Práce odpovídá na určené hypotézy a v závěru práce jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení a jejich zhodnocení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master's thesis provides an overview of migration and the possible impact on state and population. The theoretical part is executed through a literary approach which explains the basic concepts and the overview of historical migration waves. For the practical part, the following are explained: Posssible risks of increased migration wave, performance analysis and statistics of migration wave which culminated in year 2015. The thesis responds to the identified hypotheses and at the end of the study, a set of solutions for the improvement of the issue is presented.
