dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se v teoretické části věnuje analýze vlastností výškových elektromagne-tických impulsů a pojednání o historickém vývoji jejich výzkumu a testování. Tyto informa-ce jsou doplněny o přehled vědeckých, koncepčních a strategických dokumentů v dané oblasti. Stěžejní výstup práce představuje variantní scénář útoku pomocí výškového elek-tromagnetického impulsu, který vychází z analýzy současného stavu v rámci možného pou-žití a ochrany před jeho účinky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the properties of the height electromagnetic impulses and to the historical development of their research and testing. This information is supplemented by an overview of scientific, conceptual and strategic documents in the field. The main output of this work is a variant scenario of the attack by means of a height electromagnetic pulse, which is based on the analysis of the current state of the possible use and protection against its effects.
