dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat znalosti sester v péči o urostomie. Zjišťovalo se, v jakém rozsahu jsou sestry informovány v péči o pacienty s urostomií, zda znají správný postup při ošetřování urostomie, zda se sestry setkávají na svých pracovištích s urostomií a jestli mají zájem o další vzdělání v péči o urostomie. Pro sběr dat jsme použily strukturovaný dotazník a výsledky jsme vyhodnotily popisnou statistikou. Práce je srovnáním mezi všeobecnou a praktickou sestrou v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati a nemocnici v Uherském Hradišti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis was to map the knowledge of nurses in urostomy care. The survey was focused on the extent of awareness of nurses in care of patients with urostomies, if the nurses know the right procedure of the urostomy treatment, if the nurses are in contact with urostomies in their departments on a daily basis and if they are interested in additional education in the area of urostomy care. We used a structured question-naire for data collection and evaluated the results with descriptive statistics. This bachelor thesis is comparison between general and practical nurses at the Tomáš Baťa Hospital in Zlín and at the hospital in Uherské Hradiště.
