dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením návrhu projektu uspořádání popkulturního festivalu s názvem Comic Con Brno. Práce je rozdělena na tři části - teoretickou, analytickou a praktickou. Teoretická část nejdříve definuje obecné pojmy z oblasti cestovního ruchu a dále důležité pojmy týkající se eventového a festivalového cestovního ruchu. V této části je také vysvětlen pojem Comic Con, jeho vývoj a současný stav. Analytická část se věnuje identifikaci potenciálního návštěvníka festivalu a dále představuje a srovnává eventy, které jsou podobné plánovanému eventu. Závěrem této části je sestavena SWOT analýza eventu. Praktická část obsahuje samotný návrh projektu včetně odhadovaných nákladů, výnosů a hospodářského výsledku projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on creating a project proposal of organizing a pop culture festival called Comic Con Brno. The thesis is composed of three parts - theoretical, analytical and practical. At the beginning of the theoretical part, general terms from the field of tourism are defined and furthermore, there are definitions of terms connected with event tourism and festival tourism. This part also explains the term Comic Con, its development and current state. The analytical part comprises the identification of potential visitors and also presents and compares events which are similar to the planned event. At the end of this part, there is a SWOT analysis of the event. The practical part contains the project proposal itself, including the estimated costs, revenues and the economic result of the project.
